Electrical

We have N.A.P.I.T qualified electricians capable of signing off all electrical installation works, plus a team of experienced cable fitters – no job is too large for us to take on.

DRM is fully compliant with N.A.P.I.T, who are the regulatory body in the electrical sector. All of our domestic work is designed, installed and certificated to Part P regulations.

We can attend to repair light fittings, install showers, re-wire houses, conduct fault finding, building management systems, outside lighting, security systems, control boards…single phase through to three phase, if the works in question are not listed above please don’t hesitate to contact us to see what solutions we can provide.

We will present design, installation and commissioning certificates for all electrical works undertaken. Landlord’s Electrical Test certificates are available on request.

As part of the project – we will design and build all electrical control panels needed.

It is our responsibility to make sure all works are in accordance with current ISO / BS regulations and all safety protocols are observed. Rest assured all works are covered under public liability insurances.
